There is one good regionally accredited civil engineering degrees program that is mostly online.

The University of North Dakota Online & Distance Education is regionally accredited by the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools. The civil engineering degrees program itself is accredited by ABET, the accrediting body responsible for accrediting programs in applied science, computing, engineering and technology. Note: UND online does require on-campus summer labs for up to two weeks each summer in North Dakota.
